1. Subscription Services

Givotrades.com offers premium educational tools, algorithmic dashboards, and analytics through subscription-based access. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis and automatically renew unless canceled.

2. Payment & Billing

• All fees are displayed before purchase and charged through secure third-party processors.
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with advance notice to active users.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our premium services, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.

To request a refund:

• Email support@givotrades.com with your order details.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• This guarantee applies only to the first subscription period and once per user.

Refunds are not available:

• After 14 days from the initial purchase.
• For subscription renewals, partial periods, or plan downgrades.

4. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

How to cancel:

• Through your account settings on the Website.
• By emailing support@givotrades.com with your request.
• Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

5. No Partial Refunds

We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. After cancellation, you retain access until the paid period ends.

6. Free Trials

If offered, free trials require no payment upfront. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends. No refunds are issued for trial conversions.

7. Policy Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will not affect current subscriptions until renewal, with prior notification.
